Hi, I'm Brittney!

I'm a Florida VPK teacher, curriculum creator, and lifelong advocate for early childhood education. For nearly a decade, I've worked with preschool children in the classroom, helping them build the foundational skills they need for kindergarten and beyond. I hold degrees in Early Childhood Education, have earned micro-credentials in Early Literacy and Family Engagement, and continue to pursue professional learning to better serve young children and their families.

Sunshine State VPK was created from my own classroom experience. As a teacher, I know how valuable it is to have resources that are engaging, developmentally appropriate, easy to use, and aligned with Florida's VPK standards. Every resource I create is designed with real classrooms in mind and tested through the daily realities of teaching young children.

I believe children learn best through play, exploration, meaningful relationships, and hands-on experiences. My goal is to support teachers and families by sharing practical ideas, quality resources, and inspiration that help make early learning both effective and enjoyable.
